A practical, hope-filled online gathering for family caregivers who are juggling medical decisions, daily care, and their own well-being. Join clinicians, advocates, and fellow caregivers for an honest forum on how to protect your health while caring for someone you love.
Date: March 17 • Time: 7:00–8:30 PM (Eastern) • Location: Live on Zoom
Spots are limited to keep the forum interactive. A Zoom link will be emailed after you register.
Family caregivers are asked to manage medications, appointments, finances, and emotional support—often while holding down jobs and caring for kids. The Good Day Good Health Caregiver Forum brings together stories, strategies, and medical insight so you can keep showing up for the people you love without sacrificing your own health.
Whether you're caring for a parent, partner, child, or neighbor, this forum is designed for non-professional caregivers navigating complex health needs at home.
Hear from clinicians and health professionals who see the caregiver experience every day—and who can translate medical jargon into practical next steps.
We keep the forum interactive, with time for live Q&A and shared stories—so you leave feeling seen, not lectured at.
You won't just listen—you'll leave with simple frameworks, language, and next steps to make caregiving more sustainable.
Questions you can bring to your next appointment, ways to organize information, and language to advocate for the person you care for.
Tiny, realistic practices to support your own sleep, movement, and mental health—with zero guilt and no complicated tracking.
Connections to local and online resources, plus stories from caregivers who have been exactly where you are now.
This is a live, interactive Zoom forum. We'll share short talks, real stories, and open Q&A. You can join with your camera on or off—whatever feels most comfortable.
Replay: If you can't attend live, register anyway and we'll send a limited-time recording after the event.

“I left last year's forum with language to finally explain to my siblings what I needed. It changed the way we share the load.”
Hear from both sides of the exam room—those providing care and those receiving it—so you get the whole picture.

Board-certified physician sharing how the health system sees caregivers—and how to make your voice heard in appointments.

A caregiver who has navigated work, kids, and complex medical needs—and will share what helped and what didn't.

Guiding the conversation, protecting space for questions, and making sure you leave with clear next steps.
If you're caring for someone with ongoing health needs—and you're tired, overwhelmed, or just looking for better ways to do this—you'll be in the right room.
This event is designed for unpaid, non-professional caregivers—family members, friends, and neighbors who are supporting someone with ongoing health needs at home. Health professionals are welcome to attend as allies, but the conversation will center the caregiver experience.
The forum is completely free to attend. We just ask that you register in advance so we can send you the Zoom link, reminder emails, and any follow-up resources after the event.
Yes. If you register but can't join us live, you'll receive a replay link by email after the event. Some portions of live Q&A may be edited for privacy, but all core teaching content will be included.
Not at all. You're welcome to keep your camera off and participate through the chat or just listen in. We'll invite questions and reflections, but sharing is always optional.
You'll need an internet connection and a phone, tablet, or computer that can run Zoom. Once you register, you'll receive an email with the Zoom link and simple instructions for joining.
